Who We Are
Girl Scouts is the premier organization for girl leadership in the world. We build girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place. Girl Scouts of Western Washington serves 25,000 girls and 14,000 volunteers across 17 counties.
What We Do
We empower every girl—girls of every race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, sexual orientation, ability, gender identity, religion, or geographic location—to fulfill her potential through the Girl Scout Leadership Experience. Girls access key skills and experiences across four program pillars: STEM, Life Skills, Entrepreneurship, and Outdoor Education that nurture five leadership outcomes proven to build a strong foundation for achievement and long-term success. Girl Scout Alumnae consistently outperform their non-Girl Scout peers across a myriad of key leadership metrics and break barriers in historically, male-dominated fields.
