Who We Are

The SHARE Shelter Board is a subgroup of Seattle Housing and Resource Effort (SHARE) that advocates and fund raises for SHARE.  We are passionate about supporting SHARE as it provides a unique alternative for homeless men and women.  It provides safety for individuals while building community.

SHARE is a self-organized, democratic, grassroots organization of homeless and formally homeless individuals working to eradicate homelessness, educate the community, and empower homeless people.  They practice self-management because it acknowledges and promotes the innate dignity of each person.

What We Do

The SHARE Shelter Board conducts an annual auction to benefit SHARE.
