The mission of Positive Learning Assistance Network is to achieve social and educational excellence and improved quality of life through: access to high-quality early learning and enrichment programs for children aged 0-18; home-based educational activities for parents; professional educational programs and events for childcare providers; adult advocacy and social services; and a community meeting space for cultural heritage events, celebrations and gatherings.
