The mission of Continuum Care Hospice is to provide comprehensive coordinated care for persons with life-limiting illnesses so they may live as fully and comfortably as possible until the end of life and offer continued support to the bereaved.
Volunteers provide services to our hospice clients. They can read, play games or provide companionship. We also have people who do yard work, a handyman, a hairdresser and 3 pet therapy dogs. We have a Veteran program as well. It's really open for you to pick what you would like to experience with the client or maybe you have a license or special skill you would like to start sharing.
