We foster connections among urban and rural communities throughout Washington State, sharing knowledge and expertise in preventing Type 2 Diabetes. We accomplish this through nature and by creating unique educational learning (STEM) gardens that encourage exploration, reflection, and growth.

We raise awareness of Type 2 Diabetes, which affects urban and rural communities. We want to promote the importance of proper nutrition, we believe this core purpose empowers these communities to make informed choices that promote healthy lifestyles
