Who We Are
We are staff and volunteer advocates specifically trained in resident rights and advocacy for residents in long term care facilities.
What We Do
The King County Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program protects and promotes the rights of people living in long-term care facilities. We provide advocacy on individual and systemic levels, we provide education to the community about resident rights, and we investigate and resolve complaints of residents in long-term care facilities.
