Who We Are
The Foster Grandparent program is an AmeriCorps Seniors program facilitated by Homage. This AmeriCorps Seniors program has been enriching the lives of students and seniors for 60 years. Homage has been providing services to seniors for over 50 years. Together this partnership is connecting role models to young people putting children on the path to a successful future and providing seniors an opportunity to stay active and socially connected.
What We Do
The Foster Grandparent program at Homage is a mentoring program designed to pair seniors and children with special and/or exceptional needs for one-on-one support at community locations, such as schools, childcare centers, social centers, clubs or hospitals.
