Who We Are

Since its founding in 1993, Helping Link/Một Dấu Nối has been committed to addressing the needs of the Vietnamese community in King County. Helping Link’s mission is to empower Vietnamese-Americans’ social adjustment, family stability and self-sufficiency, while nurturing community service and young professional leaders. Serving roughly 1,500 people each year, Helping Link believes in supporting our intergenerational families, honoring traditions and fostering cultural resilience.

What We Do

The centerpiece of Helping Link’s work is education, including ESL, technology classes, citizenship and tutoring programs for students, ages 11 to 82. We offer classes each quarter, tailoring them to the current interests and needs of our students. Beyond classes, Helping Link provides referrals, translation services and assistance in navigating various social services.
