Who We Are

Enriching North Seattle through services that support, engage and educate the community. Meadowbrook Community CARE (MC2), is located in northeast Seattle and was incorporated in 2007. Community programming and projects that had their inception at Maple Leaf Lutheran Church in Meadowbrook were handed over to MC2. Partnerships with citizens, Seattle Parks & Recreation, civic groups, human service providers, and Sustainable NE Seattle  build a front line of support for those most in need. Together we can do more.

What We Do

We are a community nonprofit partnership that is between Maple Leaf Lutheran Church and the larger North Seattle community. Board of Directors are made up of both community residents and church members. The goal is to sustain resources that can support those most in need in the community. Shelter, education and support for those most in need is the primary goal. English language learning, after school programming and support for sustainable practices in the community to the benefit of all, are the tools we use to help build a stronger community.
