The Center provides Audiology services that include hearing screenings, evaluations, hearing aid fittings and follow-up services. Through HSDC's Speech, Language & Literacy services we work with autistic children, adults who have suffered from strokes or numerous other issues that impact people's ability to communicate, and our Education programs provide family support and child development services for children (birth-5) who are Deaf, hard of hearing children, or who face speech-language challenges. HSDC's Deaf & Hard of Hearing Services provide advocacy, outreach, youth leadership training and community coalitions, as well as Diversity Education which provides training to the community and to businesses. We also offer American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting services.
