Encompass is an early childhood development center. For 50 years we have provided innovative programming that is best-practice and/or evidence-based and designed to give children the best possible start in life. Our programs offer early learning opportunities, help families in crisis, provide services to children with developmental delays and help low-income families gain access to community services including basic needs. We create a service hub for families and children in the rural Snoqualmie Valley and surrounding communities in East King County, Washington.
In the Snoqualmie Valley, Encompass is the only comprehensive early childhood development center. As an organization, we have the unique ability to cross-refer families with multiple needs to multiple programs. Without Encompass, families of children with developmental delays would have to travel to Issaquah and Bellevue to find services at agencies with long waiting lists. We offer the only nationally accredited Early Learning Programs in the Snoqualmie Valley and the only no-cost preschool through the Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) for families who cannot afford to pay. Currently, there are no other PCIT programs operating in the greater Snoqualmie Valley and we provide the only Spanish Speaking PCIT coach on the Eastside.
