Children's Therapy Center

Founded in 1979, the mission of Children's Therapy Center is to maximize the potential of children birth -18years with neuromuscular disorders and developmental delays  such as Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, and Autism by providing  physical, occupational, speech and feeding therapies in an individualized family-centered kid friendly welcoming atmosphere. 

Last year we provided services for over 3,000 children with special needs from throughout South King County. Our ultimate goal is to help children with special needs achieve maximum independence so they will need fewer services in the future. Our program is unique in that parents and other caregivers participate in all therapy and special education programs so they can carry on the child's therapy program at home our services and our therapists provide the physical, occupational, speech and feeding therapies needed to help each child reach their full potential. Family members and/or caregivers are encouraged to participate in therapy sessions so they can learn to include therapy in fun activities at home.

Our Early Intervention follows children birth to 3years old and if they qualify will provide services in the child's home.
