Northgate Elementary PTO

Northgate Elementary is a Title 1 public elementary school located in north Seattle that serves over 250 students in grades K-5. We are a vibrant, diverse community in which students speak over 30 languages and hail from over 75 different countries around the world. 40% of our students are English language learners and 74% receive free and reduced lunch. Teachers, staff, parents and students work as a team to systematically define and meet measurable goals so that all children have the chance to succeed in both school and in life. We believe every student matters and every moment counts.

The mission of the Northgate PTO is to serve as a positive voice for students and families of Northgate Elementary School. We work closely with teachers and staff to identify and help close opportunity gaps, provide resources, and organize special events that help foster community. We sponsor events such as Multi Cultural Night, Science Night and Family Movie Night as well as classroom gardening and campus improvement projects. Our goal is to ensure our students have access to an equitable, meaningful and joyful educational experience.
