Who We Are
Seattle Mennonite Church has been in Lake City for 25 years, and community organizes for the work of ending homelessness through the Lake City Task Force on Homelessness and the 501(c)3 Lake City Partners Ending Homelessness. We are also grateful members of the UWKC cohort of Streets to Home, which offers flexible funding to move people from the streets into housing.
What We Do
Our congregation facilitates a broad collaborative of faith communities, concerned citizens and service providers - to provide day center/hygiene services, community meals, winter shelter and public advocacy towards the ending of homelessness.
