

Who We Are
iCan Bike - Seattle, is a unique week-long camp where individuals with intellectual disabilities learn to ride a conventional 2 wheel bicycle in just one week. My Village NW and the Down Syndrome Community of Puget Sound are co-hosting this camp at Magnuson Park, Seattle, July 9-13th.
What We Do
- Creating social and support opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families - Exploring and cultivating housing and employment opportunities in the Northshore and surrounding areas for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities - Developing partnerships with organizations offering services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities - Encouraging Northshore and surrounding area organizations to develop meaningful inclusion opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities - Fostering awareness in the community with the intent of creating genuine engagement for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities - Providing information for parent education and information exchange
