FREE CONCERT SERIES AT ERNESTINE ANDERSON PLACE. Free for everyone

The Low Income Housing Institute, sponsored by the City of Seattle Department of Neighborhoods, presents the UpBeat On Jackson Concert Series. Folk, rock, blues, jazz, you name it and you will see and hear it at this series. A unique blending of music + community, the series presents free live musical performances from local and regional bands. It is a joyous community gathering that welcomes one and all and gives the opportunity for greater neighborhood connection through the experience of music.

On April 21st the series presents folk music performer Jim Page with an opening performance by social activists and musical performers - The Seattle's Raging Grannies.

Singer/songwriter, Jim Page, named by Seattle Metropolitan Magazine as “One Of The 50 Most Influential Musicians In Seattle History,” has called the Pacific Northwest home since 1971. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rAKCgM40PHk
