About the Event
Join us for a day of championship-level golf combined with profound community impact at the Marcus Trufant Believe in Me Charity Golf Tournament. Our goal is to raise $200,000 to benefit marginalized kids, and we need passionate volunteers like you to make this event a success.
Volunteer Roles and Responsibilities
- Event Setup and Teardown: Assist in setting up signage, registration tables, and other event materials before the tournament begins, and help dismantle and pack up after the event concludes.
- Registration and Check-In: Welcome participants, manage check-in procedures, distribute event materials, and provide information as needed.
- On-Course Support: Monitor specific holes, manage contests (e.g., longest drive, closest to the pin), and ensure golfers have the necessary resources during play.
- Hospitality Services: Assist with food and beverage stations, ensuring participants have access to refreshments throughout the event.
- Auction and Raffle Assistance: Support the organization and execution of fundraising activities, including silent auctions and raffles.

Volunteer Requirements:
Availability: Commit to a minimum of 4 hours on the event day, with shifts available throughout the day.

Dress Code: Comfortable attire suitable for outdoor activities; specific guidelines will be provided upon confirmation.
