At Seed2Fork Farm (S2F), we serve Black, Brown, Latinx, Indigenous, Native American, and Immigrant communities, where diabetes is a growing health concern. Research shows diabetes is linked to income, diet, and physical activity, and historical dietary shifts have played a role. Our solution? A Type-2 Diabetes Experiential Demonstration Cultural Garden—a space for education, community, and healing. Be part of the change! Help us cultivate and clean up the garden on April 26th from 1:30–5:00 PM.

Volunteer Roles & Guidelines

  • Assist with gardening tasks: planting, watering, weeding, and harvesting
  • Help maintain and clean up the farm area
  • Wear closed-toe shoes & dress for the weather
  • Follow safety rules & be present—two no-shows mean removal

Join us in cultivating change—one garden at a time!
