Description

Sunday, June 30th marks the 45th annual Seattle Pride Parade taking place at 12:00 PM along 4th Avenue in downtown Seattle, and United Way of King County plans to show up in full force!

LGBTQ youth in King County are more likely to experience homelessness and food insecurity which means it is critical for us to show our support and let them know that United Way has their backs!

I’m in! What’s next?

Meet us at our downtown Seattle office, 720 2nd Avenue, on June 30th at 11:00 AM . Once you arrive we will gear up with T-shirts, flags, and all sorts of swag. Together we’ll head to the starting location of the parade route (TBD) where we will need your help (and spirit!) to hold banners, hand out flyers and other fun goodies to the crowd!

Remember to dress for the weather, and be aware that parking will not be available downtown along the parade route so plan your transportation accordingly. The parade is scheduled to last about 2.5 hours, and will end at 2nd Avenue and Denny Way near Seattle Center.

[Psst... The first 10 Emerging Leaders 365 donors who sign up can pick up one of our limited edition rainbow LiveUnited t-shirts at the event.]

So grateful for all of your support for this epic day!
