Volunteer shifts at Lake City Community Center are:
- Shift 1: Mondays, from 5:00PM – 9:00PM
- Shift 2: Tuesdays, from 5:00PM – 9:00PM
- Shift 3: Wednesdays, from 5:00PM – 9:00PM
- Shift 4: Thursdays, from 5:00PM – 9:00PM

Below you will find the date and start time of your first weekly shift. This date and time will correspond to your shift choice for the rest of the season. Please note: We ask volunteers to commit to 1 weekly 4 hour shift for the duration of the tax season: 1/20/2026 – 4/19/2026 (13 shifts over 13 weeks).
Note: Due to MLK Day, the first Monday shift at this site will be 1/26. The first calendar shift will be Tuesday, 1/20.
- Shift 1: Select “Mon Jan 26 @ 5:00 PM” below
- Shift 2: Select “Tue Jan 20 @ 5:00 PM” below (first calendar shift)
- Shift 3: Select “Wed Jan 21 @ 5:00 PM” below
- Shift 4: Select “Thu Jan 22 @ 5:00 PM” below
For example:
You select “Wed Jan 21 @ 5:00 pm, duration: 4 hours.”
This means your reoccurring volunteer shift will be every Wednesday from 5 pm to 9 pm.
