Description

Help us restore a Green Space area along the Burke-Gilman Trail. We'll be removing invasive plants prior to our Fall Planting.

This area will be a great Habitat area as native trees, shrubs and understory plants become established

We'll supply tools, gloves and a mid-AM coffee break with treats

Location: The Burke-Gilman Trail directly south of Metropolitan Market, 5250 40th Ave NE, Seattle 98105

Parking: on the streets around the market - there is a 90 min. limit in the Market parking lot and towing is a possibility

Bus service available to the area.

	Inclement Weather Plan: We will run the work party in most weather. People should dress for the expected weather. Sturdy shoes or boots recommended and people should bring a water bottle. We'll have tools gloves and a mid-morning coffee break with treats. High winds or excessive smoke from forest fires would make the work party too dangerous and we would have to cancel
