Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements a strategic marketing plan and presents a unified marketing message about Keiro Northwest’s programs and services.
- Conducts a detailed study of Keiro Northwest’s programs and services existing marketing.
- Researches existing and potential markets, studies demographics, trends, and sales with respect to Keiro Northwest’s programs and services.
- Analyzes competitor programs, market share, pricing, and promotional materials.
- Suggests new programs and services to increase market share in new and existing markets.
- Assists in developing marketing budget, focused branding, positioning, and marketing traditional and digital tools for each product or service.
- Establishes marketing tracking methods and key metrics to evaluate marketing performance.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Bachelors’ Degree or relevant marketing consulting experience.
- Good creative and analytical skills.
- Proficient in writing and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of consumer behavior and the marketing process.
- Well-versed in digital marketing.
- Preferred: An understanding of non-profit marketing and marketing experience in senior care industry.
