St. James Immigrant Assistance helps refugees and immigrants to learn English, become citizens and connect to community resources. Current services include ESL Tutoring, Citizenship Preparation, Naturalization Assistance, and Elder Integration.
Assist staff, volunteers, and clients to effectively communicate with one another. Contacting and meeting with prospective clients to assist with intake, calling past clients to gather information regarding their experience and satisfaction with the program, or calling current clients when requested. Translation of simple documents as requested.
