KEYNOTE SPEAKER: Henry Cisneros
Housing innovator Henry Cisneros is a testament to American leadership, diversity, and community building. He is the former secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD); former mayor of San Antonio, Texas; Co-chair of the Bipartisan Policy Center’s Immigration Task Force; and was honored by the National Housing Conference as the “Housing Person of the Year.” His vision of a strong, resilient society starts with fair housing, stretching beyond race and class.
Volunteer shift runs from 8:30am-11am, volunteers are welcome to stay/ return for the luncheon keynote. The program begins at noon and runs until 1:15pm. Volunteers assisting with set up with be helping with table set up and general decor.
