Do you want to help spread the holiday cheer to children this December? Join us at our Holiday Adopt-A-Family distribution day and help deliver the magic to Bellevue children and families living in poverty.
Our Holiday Adopt-A-Family program matches families with children in need in Bellevue with sponsors that provide gifts and food assistance during the holiday season. Participating families fill out a Christmas wish list, specifying gift and clothing ideas for each child and a general household need. A grocery store gift card is provided to help with the cost of food for the holiday meal. Last year, 199 community sponsors supported 282 families, including 669 children, for the holiday season.
We need volunteers to support us in a variety of roles such as:
- Receiving gifts from sponsors
- Distributing gifts
- Delivery drivers
- Cleanup
- and much more!

All volunteers must be 13 years or older, volunteers under 18 require adult supervision. To protect the confidentiality of the children we serve, during the afternoon shift we only allow volunteers under 18 if they are not Bellevue School District students.
