Description

We are looking for event volunteers for our Plymouth Ambassador Board’s summer fundraiserThis year’s gala is Friday, June 5th, at the Sunset Bay Lodge and the theme is Into the Enchanted Forest. With your help we will transport guests into an enchanting realm of music, performances, raffle prizes, and more—and all funds go toward Plymouth Housing’s mission to end homelessness.  
See the volunteer roles below: 
Friday, June 5th 
Venue Setup – 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. 
Transform Sunset Bay Lodge into an enchanted forest inspired event experience by setting up decor and various stations (wine toss, registration, etc.)  
 
Greeters – 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. 
Greet guests and act as human arrows to lead towards registration. 
   
Guest Registration Runner – 6:15 - 8:00 p.m. 
Support registration by getting bid paddles and contact info sheets as guests check in. 
Ring Toss Game Host – 6:15 - 11:00 p.m. 
Lead guests in a game of ring toss. Explain the game, hand over rings, record bidder numbers, and bag prizes for winners. 
Photobooth Station – 6:45 - 11:00 p.m.  
Record bidder numbers as guests visit photobooth station, keep line organized.  
Fundraising Station – 6:45 - 11:00 p.m. 
Record bidder numbers as guests visit photobooth station, keep line organized. 
Raffle Sales – 5:30 - 10:00 p.m.  
Approach guests and encourage them to purchase a raffle ticket. Record their bidder numbers and hand them their ticket. Must be outgoing and excited to approach guests.
