Finance Committee Chair and/or Committee Member

The Finance Committee reviews the monthly financials, in preparation for the Board meeting, including revenue, expenses and cash flow and raises questions regarding trends and other relevant items.  The chair of the Finance Committee presents the monthly financials to the Board of Directors at our monthly meetings.  Once the auditors present the final audit information to the Finance Committee, they makes recommendations to the Board of Directors for approval of the annual Audit as well as making budgetary recommendations regarding the draft and final yearly budget.
