At Friends of the Children Seattle, we are focused on accelerating generational change for youth facing the toughest of challenges by connecting them with our professional mentors who guide them to develop their greatest potential and achieve their goals. We stick with our youth from kindergarten through graduation, no matter what. We have a strong commitment to our youth’s future and encourage them to think about college and careers early on.
Join us for a meal with families, mentors, and staff! This event will be on Tuesday, November 14th from 5:30pm to 8:30pm at SeaMar Community Center (9635 Des Moines Memorial Dr S, Seattle, WA 98108). Food will be provided for volunteers.
Volunteer shifts are available throughout the night:
- Set up, 4pm to 5:30pm
- Photobooth, 5:30pm to 8pm
- Activity Station, 5:30pm to 8pm
- Food server, 6:00pm to 8pm
- Clean Up, 8:00pm to 8:30pm
