Gather your friends, family, or co-workers and support those in need in your community by providing a healthy, balanced meal for seniors.
Imagine Housing is a nonprofit affordable housing provider in East King County. We own 14 affordable housing communities, and serve about 1,400 people per year. We provide weekly community dinners at our properties to build community and combat hunger.
Volunteers will bring a fully prepared meal for 30-50 people to our senior community in Kirkland. Optional: Volunteers may stay and join the residents for dinner (3 volunteer maximum) or just drop off.
Dinner is served at 5 pm on Wednesdays. No weekend opportunities are available. Food must arrive hot no later than 4:45 pm, or earlier if reheating is necessary.
By signing up, volunteers agree to review and abide by Washington State safe food handling practices. The health and wellbeing of our residents is of utmost importance.
