Join the Garden Hotline staff for a day of service in the Children's Learning Garden at Tilth Alliance! All ages are welcome to participate.
The Wednesday after MLK Day, we will be clearing out and reorganizing the storage sheds, adding a perennial vegetable section to the south wall of the garden and placing posts and wires in the raspberry bed.
The Children's Learning Garden is located in the courtyard behind the Good Shepherd Center in Seattle's Wallingford neighborhood.
Children are welcome to help if supervised by an adult guardian. All tools and gloves (including kids' size) are provided. Dress for the weather and wear closed-toe shoes. Bring a water bottle and lunch or snack. Warm drinks and light snacks will be provided! We look forward to seeing you then!
