- Enroll callers into the internal database/Caseworthy from Excel spreadsheets provided by Tenant Counselors
- Email completed templates to callers providing community resources, as instructed by Tenant Counselors
About Tenant Services: Tenant Services provides education to renters in the Seattle area and the surrounding areas of King County on their rights and responsibilities, and those of landlords. Tenant Services offers a voice message line where callers leave a voice mail detailing the issues they are in need of support to manage. The voice message line is open Mondays and Thursdays from 10:30am to 1:30pm, except on holidays. We also need administrative support on Tuesdays and Fridays. We are receiving an excess of 200 calls per month at this time. Supporting each of these callers with updated rental law, community resources, options to remain housed, and alleviate evictions, is vital to this program.
