We are looking for volunteers to assist with our biggest fundraising event of the year, Gala for a Pawsitive Future Working Across Washington, on November 2, 2019 at the Museum of Flight, 9404 E. Marginal Way South, Seattle, WA 98108.
There are two volunteer shift from noon-5 pm and from 4 pm to 9:30 pm. The event is over 21 and minors may only assist in event set up from noon-5 pm.
We will need about 10-12 volunteers from noon- 5 pm to help with setup of the various activities such as the silent auction, wine wheel, buy it now board, and table decorations.
During the event, we will need an equal number of people to work monitoring the silent auction and dessert dash, checking people in/out, serving as greeters, and helping to keep track of bids during live auction, and working the wine wheel. After the event, we will need to package up auction items and clean up the space.
As this event raises a large portion of the budget for Pawsitive Alliance your help would be greatly appreciated. You will have a great time, meet like minded people, and feel good about helping the animals across Washington State.
