Reach the Beach is a 100 mile cycling event with starts at Lacey, Olympia, Elma and Cosmopolis and finishing on the beach in Westport. We are looking for day of mechanics who will ride the course and help any riders that need mechanical help. Ride for free! Mechanics will have a staggered start and will help with at the start line before they leave.
*Required: Roving mechanics must have advanced mechanical skills and be able to do on-the-spot basic repair. Mechanics bring their own cell phone and are proactive about providing support on the route. We will provide a mechanic vest for you to wear on the route so you are recognized as a mechanic as well as a bike pump, patch kits and a first aid kit
