Join Green Seattle Partnership and Dirt Corps this July to celebrate World Nature Conservation Day and care for this section of the West Duwamish Greenbelt. We'll be removing non-native weeds (looking at you, blackberry!) from our restoration area and applying mulch to bare ground to help the native plants there grow and thrive and to make way for new native plantings in the fall. We hope to see you there!
All ages and skill levels are welcome! Please wear clothing that can get dirty, including long sleeves, long pants, and closed-toed shoes. We’ll provide the tools, gloves, snacks, hot drinks, and water.
