Join DIRT Corps in revitalizing the southwest portion of Westcrest Park. Bringing back this parcel requires removing invasive species, and planting afterwards.
The beginning of this volunteer event will include a brief weed ID education class. Learn about the different types of invasives, why they are harmful, and how to get rid of them. Combine knowledge with action as we work together to clear this beautiful space of harmful species that overtakes an area. Many of you might already have this experience in your own backyard!
