Mission: Our mission is to help students from low-income backgrounds transform what they believe is possible for themselves and develop the skills they need to become college-educated leaders who give back to their families and communities.
Results and Impact: Our program works. It gets kids to and through college – with remarkable success rates that beat out even the best local high schools – and reaches beyond academics to help our students see their own potential to succeed in challenging situations and create a ripple effect of lasting, positive change in their communities and in the world. In 2016, 100% of our students graduated high school and 71% of our college students from class of 2010 had completed their Bachelors degree compared with 21% of their peers.
