Evergreen Treatment Services is a private nonprofit that has been in operation since 1973. We provide medication assisted treatment to 2800+ adults with opiate use disorders in several locations across western Washington. ETS also operates the REACH team which provides street-based, case management and outreach services to 1500+ homeless adults with substance use disorders in the greater Seattle area.
We employ nearly 250 staff and operate on a $20M/year budget. While ETS has historically focused on low income and indigent clients, with primary revenue sources being state and county government contracts, we are in the midst of considerable expansion in size, in revenue sources, in program offerings, and in infrastructure development. It is an exciting time for our agency’s transformation.
ETS is seeking members for our Board of Directors who have a passion for our mission and who may have a background in one or more content areas:
• Finance
• Substance use disorder treatment
• Homeless and indigent populations
• Social Services
• Health Care
• Law/Law enforcement
• Fundraising/Development
The Board of Directors is a volunteer board which meets the 4th Tuesday of each month from 5-6:30. Meetings can be attended in person or via GoToMeeting.
