Join us to help restore North Creek Forest at the 112th Ave. Restoration Sites! Our activities for the day will focus on removing invasive weeds and garbage.
Your work will help improve the forest's health by increasing biodiversity and suppressing future invasive weed growth. No experience is required, and all ages and group sizes are more than welcome!
Friends of North Creek Forest will provide tools, gloves, snacks, and water for all volunteers. Please bring a reusable water bottle to reduce trash generation. Directions are below:
112th Ave. Restoration Sites
- The112th Ave. Restoration Sitesare accessed from 112th Ave. NE. To get there, turn onto 112th Ave. from Beardslee Blvd., and follow 112th Ave. past the Village at Beardslee Crossing, the North Creek Apartments, and finally a farmhouse. You will see North Creek Forest and the restoration sites to your left side. Please park along the side of the road.
