The Board of Directors is the central decision-making body for Skyway Solutions Community Development Association (SSCDA). Board members are ultimately responsible and accountable for the organization’s activities. The Board consists of up to nine Board members who represent the ethnic, racial and socioeconomic diversity of our neighborhood. The following outline the expectations and duties of Board members:
Expectations:
❖ Serve for a minimum of three years
❖ Support the SSCDA Vision, Mission and Goals
❖ Commit approximately 5-7 hours per month to Board duties
❖ Disclose any potential conflict of interest
❖ Build working relationship with fellow Board members and staff members
