The Beacon Hill PTA is looking for volunteers with general set-up for the Ultimate Summer 5k at Seward Park. Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- hanging up the "START" and "FINISH" banners
- setting up tables (one for registration and one for food)
- displaying signs for packet pick-up, post-race area (registration table will be converted to post-race table once 5k starts at 9:20am)
- putting race bibs on registration table in alphabetical order and in groups (e.g. A-F, G-K, L-P, Q-T, U-Z)
