SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:        

Assist with large mailings for client services, donors, company events, etc. as directed. Coordinate assigned events and meeting set-up including securing and arranging space, food & beverages, supplies, electronic equipment, etc. as directed by the requesting person. Assist with company events including company-wide parties, client events and other celebrations. Work independently within a team on special, nonrecurring and ongoing projects. Assist in filing as requested. Other duties as assigned.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.  Ability to understand clear and concise verbal instructions.

 

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. 

 

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to problem solve and pay close attention to detail. Ability to work independently.

The Volunteer Office Support is a point of contact for the entire company. This position is primarily responsible for managing reception duties at the front desk in the main office. This position also is responsible to support the Leadership Team as needed.

Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, conference rooms, break room and mailroom. Maintain the Audio/Visual Equipment checkout process as well as the Conference Room(s) checkout process. Stock office supplies. Coordinate assigned events and meeting set-up including securing and arranging space, food & beverages, supplies, electronic equipment, etc. as directed by the requesting person. Assist with company events including company-wide parties, client events and other celebrations. Process the monthly Anniversary and Birthday cards for staff and the all company monthly calendar. Work independently within a team on special, nonrecurring and ongoing projects. Assist in filing as requested. Other duties as assigned.
