Outdoors for All is a nonprofit dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals with disabilities through outdoor recreation. This winter, we’re seeking passionate snowboarders to join our adaptive instruction team at Stevens Pass and The Summit at Snoqualmie.

Whether you're a seasoned rider or just love sharing the stoke, you'll help participants build confidence and independence on the mountain.

Volunteer Perks:

Full-time volunteers (all 7 program days) are eligible for a discounted season pass at their mountain.Part-time volunteers (minimum 3 shifts) receive a daily lift ticket for each day they volunteer.

Outdoors for All urgently needs volunteer drivers to help transport participants and gear from our Bellevue office to The Summit at Snoqualmie and Stevens Pass. This is one of our highest-need roles—without drivers, our adaptive recreation programs can’t run!

All drivers receive a daily lift ticket for each day they volunteer Access to prodeals on outdoor gear Be part of a mission-driven community making a real impact

Role Summary:
Drive participants using Outdoors for All vehicles from Bellevue to Snoqualmie or Stevens Pass (your choice!). If you'd prefer to be on-call, sign up for a shift and email volunteer@outdoorsforall.org to let us know.

Your day options include Wednesday nights, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday at Snoqualmie Pass. Saturdays or Sundays at Stevens Pass.

Responsibilities:

Pick up vehicle, equipment, and supplies Check weather/road conditions and complete safety inspections Arrive early and stay on schedule while ensuring a safe ride Assist with loading/unloading passengers Deliver to authorized drop-off locations only Clean vehicle and return all items Complete travel logs and report any issues

Qualifications:

Age 21+ with a valid WA driver’s license Must pass a WSP background check and be insurable CPR/First Aid certified
