Volunteer: Become a Volunteer Snowboard Instructor with Outdoors for All!

Outdoors for All is a nonprofit dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals with disabilities through outdoor recreation. This winter, we’re seeking passionate snowboarders to join our adaptive instruction team at Stevens Pass and The Summit at Snoqualmie.

Stevens Pass: Saturdays & Sundays (extra support needed!)Summit at Snoqualmie: Wednesday nights, Fridays–Sundays

Whether you're a seasoned rider or just love sharing the stoke, you'll help participants build confidence and independence on the mountain.

Volunteer Perks:

Full-time volunteers (all 7 program days) are eligible for a discounted season pass at their mountain.Part-time volunteers (minimum 3 shifts) receive a daily lift ticket for each day they volunteer.
