Volunteer: Join a Care Team - Support Caregiver of Senior / Veteran (Seattle / King County)

Bring your interests and talents to an engaging volunteer role in a team of like-minded volunteers. Whether it’s interest in crafts, reading, movies, a gift of gab, or empathetic ear, all are welcome!

Help relieve stress and prevent burnout by supporting an unpaid family caregiver, who may, for example, ask you to help organize their home, plan a special occasion, help with a gardening project, pick up their dry cleaning or spend time with the person they care for while they go for a cup of coffee with a friend.

In just 4 flexible hours a month and a one-year commitment you can lift the spirits of an unpaid family caregiver and their dependent, gain a unique life experience, and enrich your spare time.
