Our Social Media Rock Stars are part of a lucky group that gets to:
- Share awesome volunteer projects across King County on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook
- Visit several sites -- i.e. you'll always encounter something new and never get bored
- Gain social media exposure in the process
Sound good? Great! Here are the details:
If you love tweeting, sharing videos and a good cause, this is project for you. We'll select a few prime projects from across King County and you'll cover them using your own social media accounts and the hashtag #United4MLKDay. Take a Facebook Live video of people cooking a meal for homeless veterans! Share stories of why people decided to volunteer that day. Snap some before and after pics of a cleanup in your local park! You'll amplify the good work being done to honor Dr. King. Plus, we'll repost and retweet so your accounts will get a little extra exposure!
