Bellwether Housing

Bellwether Housing creates stable communities and access to opportunity through affordable housing. We develop and manage homes for people with limited incomes near job centers, transit, and services. We amplify our impact by helping other organizations in the Puget Sound region do the same.

Bellwether Housing develops and maintains affordable housing throughout the Seattle region. We design high-quality apartments that people want to call home. We put greater opportunity within reach by locating our buildings near workplaces, schools, childcare, and other amenities. This way, our residents have access to opportunity and prosperity, and in turn, contribute to a vibrant and healthy region. We provide our residents with community support, programs, and services to ensure housing longevity. We want our residents to make Bellwether a home that they can rely on, feel safe in, and afford.
