Who We Are
Our Story: Our agency was founded by a group of parents from the Edmonds School District Special Education Parents Group who dreamt that their sons and daughters would have the opportunity to become participating and contributing members of the community. This dream is now being extended to all adults with disabilities guided by the belief that through work, people with disabilities would experience increased self-esteem and have greater economic and social opportunities within the community. Vision: We envision a welcoming community where each and every person belongs and is valued for their individual gifts and abilities. Mission: To promote self-determination, self-respect, and valued participation in the community for persons with disabilities through work.
What We Do
We serve people with disabilities through job coaching, assistance in finding employment and networking, skill building, and through providing additional supports and resources to clients once they have secured employment.
