iUrban Teen empowers Black and Brown youth ages 12–18 by exposing them to pathways in STEM, skilled trades, and emerging technologies through culturally responsive education, mentorship, and real-world experiences that build confidence, curiosity, and future readiness.

At iUrban Teen, we believe that systemic racism and institutional bias have created unfair barriers to educational success. These disparities are not a reflection of student potential, but of a flawed system. Our Mission in Action: Dismantling Barriers: We center racial equity as the foundation of our work, recognizing that we must address all forms of prejudice to create a truly just society. Bridging the Gap: We partner with communities to close the racialized opportunity gap, ensuring our schools and colleges are places where every student’s voice and experience are valued. Accountability: We listen intentionally to the families we serve and consistently audit our policies, leadership, and practices to ensure we embody the equity we champion. We are committed to collaborating with our partners to build a future where every student has an unobstructed path to success.
