Powerful Voices creates brave spaces with girls and gender expansive youth of color to take charge of their own power as leaders, igniting their abilities to confidently express themselves, build community, and act against injustices affecting their lives.

Powerful Voices provides paid employment programs, cultural enrichment programs, and events for girls and gender expansive youth of color. Some programs include: - Powerful Voices Radio: Podcast + Creative space where girls and gender expansive teens talk about and navigate interests and injustices that impact their lives - Healing Justice Fellowship: Fellows are youth and adults who support with our Taking Root Healing Justice Initiative through learning, community care, and mentorship. - PV Events Fellowship: A paid fellowship opportunity for a BIPOC girl or gender expansive youth community leader to help curate space for other young people!
