Who We Are
The Sno-Valley Senior Center is located in the heart of the beautiful Snoqualmie Valley just 30 miles east of Seattle. Our mission is to inspire, support and empower seniors to lead healthy, enriched lives. We are part of Sound Generations, an organization dedicated to promoting the emotional, social and physical well-being of older adults through a network of community connections and services.
What We Do
The Sno-Valley Center offers daily lunch, fitness classes, activities such as table tennis, wii bowling, artist studio, classes, trips and more. We also offer blood pressure checks, reflexology, massage, footcare, legal & financial advice, social services help and serve our seniors overall needs.
