Who We Are
Providence Elder Place is a federally recognized Program of All-Inclusive Care of the Elderly (PACE) which offers a seamless provision of total care. Providence Elder Place is both a health insurance and a health care provider.

What We Do
Our PACE model of care helps keep older adults as healthy as possible. Our adult day programs provide a supportive environment for older adults who benefit from extra care, activities and social stimulation. Social opportunities at our PACE centers may include exercise, gardening, arts and crafts, cooking, games, music, guest speakers, field trips, celebrations and more.
